Abstract:
The significance of this study stems from the constructive and foundational role of Arab women in sustainable development and decision-making, both in the present and in the future. The research emphasizes the inherent interconnection between women’s accumulated experiences, skills, and competencies, and their ability to invest these assets in driving growth, innovation, and positive change. The descriptive method was employed to illustrate the diverse roles of women in development, while the analytical method was applied to interpret events and their associated resources, highlighting how women contribute to institutional and social advancement as well as to leading impactful developmental initiatives. Findings reveal that women today represent a true benchmark for societal progress, through their multi-faceted roles in decision-making, their effective utilization of intellectual and creative capacities, and their active contribution to enhancing qualitative resources. Ultimately, these roles ensure the achievement of sustainable outcomes that benefit both the individual and the wider community.
