يتقدم المركز الإعلامي في مؤسسة أدوات الاحتراف للتدريب وبناء القدرات بأحرّ التهاني والتبريكات إلى سعادة المدير العام للمؤسسة، الدكتورة ميسون عيسى أحمد السليم، بمناسبة نشر دراستها العلمية المحكّمة في مجلة اتحاد الجامعات العربية للبحوث في التعليم العالي، وذلك ضمن المجلد الخامس والأربعين، العدد الثاني، الصادر في يونيو 2025.
وتعد المجلة من أبرز المجلات العلمية المحكمة في العالم العربي، إذ تصدر عن اتحاد الجامعات العربية الذي يضم أكثر من 300 جامعة ومؤسسة تعليم عالٍ عربية، وتُعنى بنشر الدراسات الرصينة التي تسهم في تطوير التعليم والقيادة والتنمية المؤسسية.
عنوان الدراسة:
“فاعلية المهارات البيولوجية لدى النساء الأردنيات وعلاقتها بالإعداد والتطوير القيادي: مدخل إلى القيادة النسوية”
وقد مثّلت هذه الدراسة إنجازًا نوعيًا على المستوى العربي، حيث طوّرت الباحثة من خلالها مقياسًا علميًا متخصصًا باسم CEPIC–HERO، لقياس عشر مهارات بيولوجية تؤثر في التكوين القيادي للمرأة. وأظهرت النتائج أن تفعيل هذه المهارات يفسّر 57% من التغير في إعداد وتطوير القيادات النسائية، في سابقة بحثية تشكل إضافة استراتيجية للخطاب العلمي والتمكيني على حد سواء.
وتعتز مؤسسة أدوات الاحتراف بهذا الإنجاز الذي يجسد رسالتها في دعم البحث التطبيقي النوعي، ويكرّس موقعها كمؤسسة وطنية رائدة في مجال القيادة والتمكين وبناء القدرات.
