 Dr. Mais Abdul Karim Ismail – Syria (President of the committee)

is a lecturer in the Department of Library and Information Science at the University of Damascus. She holds a PhD in her field and has extensive expertise in documentation and information organization. She has contributed to professional training programs and published specialized research. Dr. Ismail has received several honorary awards and was granted the Golden Visa by the Government of Dubai. She is recognized as a leading figure in advancing library science across the Arab world.

Huda Al-Sarhan – Jordan

is a writer, researcher, and expert in media and culture. She holds a BA in English Language and Literature and has served as Culture & Visual Arts Editor at The Jordan Times and Al-Arab Al-Yawm. With extensive experience in Arab and international journalism, she has delivered specialized training in journalism, reporting, and life skills in collaboration with organizations like GIZ. She has trained journalists in Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, and Egypt. Huda has published four books in Arabic and English addressing women’s empowerment through cultural and intellectual lenses.

Hassan Howeidi – Yemen

A writer and youth activist from Yemen with a focus on social responsibility and youth empowerment. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and works in the field of international relations. He has participated in numerous local and regional initiatives aimed at community development and strategic partnerships. Experienced in intercultural communication and stakeholder engagement. Committed to representing youth voices in international forums.

Dr. Jumana Dweikat – Jordan

is a media professional and academic at the University of Jordan, with notable participation in both local and international conferences and published research in media and communication. She produces field reports that highlight Jordan’s natural and touristic beauty—its countryside, desert, and Bedouin regions. Dr. Dweikat is dedicated to showcasing success stories and impactful individuals across the country. She is recognized for her unique ability to bridge academic insight with powerful on-the-ground storytelling.

Ghassan Ibrahim Awad Al-Nuaimi – Iraq

born in 1991 in Kirkuk, Iraq, holds a master’s degree in Islamic jurisprudence and Principles, and is currently pursuing his PhD. He serves as a lecturer at the Hawija Technical Institute, part of the Northern Technical University in Iraq. Known for his passion for academic teaching and research, he contributes to the advancement of higher education in his field and is dedicated to fostering academic excellence.

Dr. Mohamed El-Sherif – Egypt

is a social development entrepreneur affiliated with the United Nations. He currently serves as Head of Marketing and Deputy Director of Technical Support at the Executive Authority for Utility Network Information in Giza Governorate, Egypt. He holds a PhD in Sustainable Development with a focus on Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Dr. El-Sherif is known for his expertise in integrating technology with community development and has contributed to smart social strategies. He is recognized as a leading Egyptian figure in leveraging spatial data for sustainable development goals.

Adel Abdullah Abad Mohammed Al-Hajjaji – Qatar

is a prominent Qatari media figure and poet. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media from the University of Khartoum and has hosted and produced renowned TV and radio programs, including the widely acclaimed “Fayd Al-Masha’er.” He founded cultural and artistic supplements in major Qatari newspapers such as Al-Raya and Al-Watan, and established the Nabati Poetry section in Al-Watan. A celebrated journalist, lyricist, and honorary ambassador for Qatar Charity on social media, he was named Best Gulf Presenter in a Twitter poll in 2013.

Aisha Khalaf Al Kaabi – UAE

is an Emirati poet, visual artist, short story writer, and translator. She was born in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, on May 7, 1973. She graduated from the University of Arkansas in the United States with a major in Microbiology in 2001, where she also obtained her master’s degree.She has worked as an assistant professor at the College of Science at the United Arab Emirates University and as Assistant Secretary-General of the UAE National Commission for UNESCO. She writes poetry and short stories and has a strong interest in translation.She also ventured into media presentation, working as a news anchor for Abu Dhabi and Dubai TV channels. In 2011, she won first place in the UAE Women’s Award for Literature and Arts in the short story category. She is a member of the UAE Writers Union.Al Kaabi has presented a collection of world stories and poems in a unique poetic and musical style. With her refined language and .exceptional taste, she has created captivating translated texts that are no less valuable
