Dr. Fadhil Abbas Al-Kaabi – Iraq
A poet, writer, journalist, and pioneer of children’s literature in Iraq. Born in 1955 in Al-Mahmoudiya, he began his journalism career in 1978. He chaired the Iraqi Children’s Literature Association from its establishment in 1993 until 2000. He has published nine poetry collections and a wealth of literary works for children. He has also produced radio and television programs .and received multiple awards, in addition to an honorary doctorate in recognition of his cultural legacy
Dr. Abdul Razzaq Jabbar Atiyah Al-Rubaie – Sultanate of Oman
A poet, playwright, and journalist born in Baghdad in 1961. He has lived in Oman since 1998 and holds Omani citizenship. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Arabic language from the University .of Baghdad and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Omani Cultural Club. He has published numerous poetry and theatrical works, some of which are studied in academic research
Dr. Hassan Abdullah Rashid – Qatar
A Qatari theatre critic and media personality born in Doha in 1949. He holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Arts from the Higher Institute of Theatrical Arts in Cairo with distinction. He was the first .news anchor on Qatari television and radio. He currently serves as Vice President of the Arab Theatre Authority and has authored numerous critical studies on theatre
Mr. Lafi Jaad Al-Dhafeeri – Bahrain
A prominent Bahraini poet and media figure, known for his participation in the “Million’s Poet” competition. He currently serves as Secretary-General of the Arab Poets Initiative. With over 279,000 followers, he is known for his refined poetic style that blends national identity with expressive social commentary. As there is no formal evidence of a doctoral degree, he is .professionally referred to as “Mr.” or “Poet”

Dr. Mohamed Said Hasb Al-Nabi – Egypt
An expert in Arabic language pedagogy and curriculum development. He served as Dean of the College of Arts and Social Sciences at Al-Hosn University in Abu Dhabi. He is a member of the .International Council for the Arabic Language and has participated in drafting Egypt’s national curriculum standards. He has published numerous academic and educational studies
Dr. Basim Hassan Khudhur Al-Hassani – Iraq
holds a Ph.D. in Public Law and serves as the Head of the Law Department at Al-Sawa University – Iraq. He is a university professor specializing in International and Constitutional Law, a legal advisor, and a certified expert in Human Resources Development and TOT training.He is a prominent human rights activist with numerous legal research contributions published in peer-reviewed local and Arab scientific journals Dr. Al-Hassani has participated in various international conferences and seminars and actively contributes to legal research arbitration and academic consultancy He is a member of the Executive Committee of International Jurists, a member of the Arab Writers and Intellectuals Association, and serves on the advisory boards of several peer-reviewe academic journals He is also a certified trainer at the Center for Training and Capacity Building for government employees, delivering specialized legal and administrative training programs.
Professor Dr. Hayat Abdul Aziz Muhammad Niaz – Saudi Arabia
President of Academion International University, specializes in Islamic Foundations of Education and earned her Ph.D. with distinction from Umm Al-Qura University. She has held several academic and administrative positions, including Dean of the College of Education at Academion University, Vice Dean of the College of Education in Taif for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and Director of Al-Jeel Private Schools. She has supervised more than 40 master’s and doctoral theses and reviewed numerous academic research papers and faculty promotions inside and outside Saudi Arabia. Prof. Niaz contributed to establishing and updating several academic programs at Umm Al-Qura and Jeddah Universities, including programs in Islamic Educational Foundations and Intellectual Security. Her scholarly output includes numerous published studies in Arabic and English, alongside active participation in national and international conferences. She has received the Excellence Award, as well as multiple shields and certificates of recognition for her academic and research contributions.
Dr. Mousa Al-Sheikhani – Jordan
holds several distinguished leadership positions. He is the CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Arar Arab Media Foundation, Chairman of the Board of the Arar Center for Literary, Critical, and Comparative Studies, Founder and President of the Jordanian Association for Internet Law, President of the Arab Association for Folk Heritage, and President of the Jordanian Association for Combating Cybercrime and Internet Misuse, in addition to being an active member of various Arab and international institutions concerned with culture, media, elections, and human rights.
