About the association

The Arab Writers and Intellectuals Association is an institutional cultural initiative launched by Professional Tools for Training and Capacity Building, with the aim of activating the company’s officially registered purpose titled “Cultural Activity”, as documented in the Companies Control Department of Jordan.
This initiative serves as the official cultural arm of the company and is dedicated to supporting Arab literary and intellectual creativity, empowering writers and thinkers, and providing structured spaces for dialogue, critique, and knowledge exchange—within an organizational framework governed by the company’s policies and bylaws.
The Association does not possess an independent legal personality, nor does it constitute a separate legal entity. It operates as an internal unit within the company, under the direct administrative, financial, and technical supervision of the company’s general management. All activities are formally integrated into the company’s official institutional reports.
The Association adheres to the professional and cultural code of conduct issued by the company, ensuring a commitment to ethical values, institutional discipline, and responsible cultural engagement.
