والذي ضم عددا من الدول العربية الشقيقة على مدار يومي ٢٥،٢٦/٤/٢٠٢٣ من خلال ٣٥ ورقة عمل اسهمت في خدمة التربية الخاصة المعاصرة والرؤية الاستشرافيةوالتحديات المطروحة امام الانظمة التعليمية العربية بما ينعكس ايجابا على تنمية الانسان العربي.
