الدكتورة ميسون السليم تصدر كتابًا جديدًا حول تدريب القيادات النسائية
اعلنت الدكتورة ميسون عيسى السليم، الخبيرة الدولية في تدريب القيادات النسائية ورئيسة مجلس إدارة مؤسسة أدوات الاحتراف للتدريب وبناء القدرات في الأردن، عن إصداركتابها الجديد بعنوان “إعداد وتدريب المدربين للقيادات النسائية / تدريب الأفراد – التدريب المؤسسي”.
ويهدف هذا الكتاب إلى تزويد المدربين بالمعرفة والأدوات اللازمة لتطوير برامج تدريبية فعّالة ومستدامة، تساهم في إعداد قيادات نسائية قادرة على مواجهة التحديات وقيادة التغيير الإيجابي في المجتمع. يقدم الكتاب منهجية شاملة لإعداد وتدريب المدربين، مع تركيز خاص على تطوير القيادات النسائية، ويستعرض الأدوات والاستراتيجيات الضرورية لتأهيلهم على المستويين الفردي والمؤسسي.
