Dr. Dhirar Mufdi Barakat – Jordan (President Committee)

is a Jordanian academic and researcher holding a Ph.D. in Jurisprudence and its Fundamentals, a Higher Diploma in Maliki Jurisprudence, and a Master’s degree in Law and International Law. He is a member of the Union of Arab Academics and Scholars, as well as a founding member of the Arab Writers and Intellectuals Association, where he also serves as Head of the Legal Committee. He previously lectured part-time at Jadara University and currently works as a teacher at the Ministry of Education in Jordan. His career combines expertise in education, research, and intellectual and legal writing, making him active in both academic and cultural fields.

Dr. Siham Kouasmiya – Jordan

is a Professor of Public Law at the Faculty of Law and Political Science, Souk Ahras University, Algeria, specializing in International Humanitarian Law. She currently serves as Head of the Provincial Office of the National Union of Algerian PhD Holders and Researchers, a member of the University Quality Cell, and a member of the Faculty Board. She has also served as a member of the Scientific Committee of the Faculty of Law and as a member of the Afro-Asian Arab Media Council for Women and Sustainable Development. In addition, she is a member of the Legal Committee of the Arab Writers and Intellectuals Association and a member of the National Economic, Social, and Environmental Council. Dr. Kouasmiya holds the Professional Certificate of Legal Practice (Bar Qualification) and has contributed numerous papers and articles published nationally and internationally.

Mr. Mohammad Suleiman Mohammad Al-Bashabsheh – Jordan

born in Ramtha in 1944, is regarded as one of the prominent legal and social figures in Jordan. He earned his bachelor’s degree in law and began his professional career in 1969 as a licensed lawyer with the Jordanian Bar Association, where he continues to practice to this day. In addition, he has been serving as a Sharia lawyer, bringing with him over five decades of extensive legal expertise. Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Al-Bashabsheh has held several leading and community-oriented positions, including President of the Ramtha Charitable Association, President of Ramtha Sports Club, Head of the Ramtha Branch Committee of the Jordanian Bar Association, and Mayor of Ramtha. He is widely recognized for his professional dedication, his contributions to public service, and his lasting role in advancing both the legal field and his local community.

Dr. Basim Hassan Khudhur Al-Hassani – Iraq

holds a Ph.D. in Public Law and serves as the Head of the Law Department at Al-Sawa University – Iraq. He is a university professor specializing in International and Constitutional Law, a legal advisor, and a certified expert in Human Resources Development and TOT training.He is a prominent human rights activist with numerous legal research contributions published in peer-reviewed local and Arab scientific journals Dr. Al-Hassani has participated in various international conferences and seminars and actively contributes to legal research arbitration and academic consultancy He is a member of the Executive Committee of International Jurists, a member of the Arab Writers and Intellectuals Association, and serves on the advisory boards of several peer-reviewe academic journals He is also a certified trainer at the Center for Training and Capacity Building for government employees, delivering specialized legal and administrative training programs.
