Dr. Bassem Hassan Khudair Al-Hassani – Iraq (President of the committee)

holds a PhD in Public Law with a specialization in International and Administrative Law. He currently serves as Head of the Law Department at Al-Sawa University in Iraq, in addition to his role as a legal advisor and lecturer in Public International Law. He has delivered specialized training programs for government employees covering contracts and tenders, human resource management, leadership and communication, Training of Trainers (TOT), and legal and administrative skills. Dr. Al-Hassani has published numerous legal studies in Arab and Iraqi journals and has two forthcoming books on The Responsibility of Public Administration in Maintaining Public Order in Iraq and The Administrative Judge’s Substitution for the Administration in Annulment Cases. His cultural and legal contributions extend to women’s rights in Islamic law and international legislation, the legal framework of government contracts, and international treaties, in addition to presenting radio and television programs on legal culture, human rights, and the rights of women and children. He has participated in many national and international conferences and forums and has been awarded more than thirty letters of appreciation from ministries and state institutions in recognition of his academic and training contributions.

Dr. Kawther Al-Qatarneh – Jordan

is an expert in agricultural economics and extension, with over 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. She currently serves as Chairwoman of the Jordanian Food Bank, and is a member of both the Global FoodBanking Network (Chicago) and the Regional Network (Dubai). She is also the President of Nubul for Development and Training, an organization dedicated to empowering youth and women through income-generating projects and combating poverty and hunger. Dr. Al-Qatarneh directs the Arab Women Pioneers Network – Jordan Chapter and serves as Vice President of the International Women’s Foundation at the United Nations. She has launched pioneering initiatives such as the “Kushok El Kheir” project at the University of Jordan and the regional platform “Arab Women Can” to foster women’s leadership. She holds a BSc in Agricultural Engineering and an MSc in Agricultural Economics from the University of Jordan, in addition to an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration. mWith her extensive regional and international partnerships, she stands out as a leading figure in .development and community empowerment

Eng. Ali Abu-Saleek – Jordan

A marine electrical engineering expert with over 24 years of experience in managing, operating, and maintaining fleets with leading international companies such as ADNATCO-NGSCO and Qatar Navigation. He holds a master’s degree with distinction in Quality Management from the University of Wollongong – Dubai, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Al-Balqa Applied University. Beyond his professional career, he is also a writer contributing articles to local and international newspapers, as well as a political analyst, combining technical expertise with analytical insight into national and global issues. He is recognized for his effective leadership, commitment to international standards, and dedication to performance development and organizational excellence.

Dr. Sanaa Ma’rouf Al-Hussien Al-Sabaiba’a – Jordan

is a values-based educator, international trainer, and professional digital coach with over 28 years of experience in managing private schools and delivering both in-person and online training.
She serves as a TOT trainer, human development and life skills coach, and specializes in training on digital applications and artificial intelligence in education.She was awarded the title of Innovative Digital Teacher of the Year 2025 by AKS Global — the first Jordanian to receive this honor — in addition to numerous national and international awards.Dr. Sabaiba’a holds the position of Training and Employment Quality Officer and Training Needs Assessor at EdTech for Development and Training, while also acting as a consultant and coordinator for several educational initiatives.She is Jordan’s Ambassador to the international T4 platform for improving the educational environment, a certified Microsoft Master Trainer, and the Director of the “Arab Dream for a Digital Teacher” initiative.She has presented research papers and made notable contributions at national and international conferences, including the InnoXera 2023 e-Learning Summit and the International Conference on Women’s Leadership and Entrepreneurship.Dr. Sabaiba’a holds a Professional Doctorate in Artificial Intelligence, and continues her mission to advance digital education and harness AI to build a conscious, creative generation capable of critical thinking.

Professor. Dr. Najat Al-Sayegh – Saudi

is a Saudi academic specializing in Educational Administration and Strategic Planning. She holds a PhD in Philosophy of Education from Ain Shams University, a master’s degree in educational planning and administration from Umm Al-Qura University, and a bachelor’s degree in applied sciences (Chemistry/Biology). She has held prominent academic and administrative positions, including Vice President of a global university for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dean of Women’s University Studies, and supervisor of academic departments at King Abdulaziz University. With extensive expertise in training, organizational development, and educational consultancy, she has actively participated in scientific and cultural conferences and forums. She has published a series of articles and research papers and contributed to radio and television programs on legal and social awareness. Beyond her academic career, she has played a leading role in community and voluntary work through membership and leadership positions in several women’s, charitable, and cultural associations in Saudi Arabia.

Dr. Fahd Saleh Al-Muhanna – Saudi

is an academic, media professional, and expert in international arbitration. He holds a PhD in International Dispute Resolution and Arbitration, in addition to qualifications in Islamic Sharia, Business Administration, School Counseling, and Criminal Investigation. After a distinguished career with the Ministry of Education, he now serves as a cultural and media consultant for several local, regional, and international institutions. He is the founder of the Al-Muhanna Cultural and Media Group and an accredited trainer in thinking skills and arbitration, with extensive contributions in training and program development. Dr. Al-Muhanna has participated in numerous Arab and international conferences with specialized research papers, and has delivered lectures on heritage, history, and culture. He holds memberships in leading international centers and associations and has been recognized as one of the most influential Arab figures in the field of education.

Dr. Rahma Atiyah Ali Al-Zahrani – Saudi

is a Saudi academic specializing in Human Resources and Educational Administration. She holds a PhD from Helwan University, and both her master’s and bachelor’s degrees from King Abdulaziz University. Since 1999, she has gained extensive experience in education and administration, serving in various roles as a teacher, vice principal, principal, and collaborative supervisor in Jeddah, Taif, and Al-Ahsa. Dr. Al-Zahrani has delivered advanced training programs in educational strategies and modern management, earning accreditation as an international trainer. She has actively participated in national and international conferences focused on leadership, scientific research, and sustainable development. In addition, she serves as an advisory member of the Elite International Academy for Training and Development in the fields of procurement and business management. Her published research in peer-reviewed journals addresses topics such as school leadership, administrative communication, and supporting students with autism spectrum disorder.

Dr. Lour Abdel Khaleq Al-Aawar – Lebanon

is a Lebanese researcher and international trainer specializing in Arabic language and literature, with a focus on digital literature. She serves as Director of the Lebanon branch of the Arab Council, Head of the On-the-Job Training (OJT) Department, and a member of the Lebanese EdTechs Syndicate. She has received numerous prestigious honors, including the Global Teacher Award for three consecutive years, the Golden Excellence Shield, and multiple international ambassadorial titles in education and training. Dr. Al-Aawar has delivered lectures at universities and academic centers, participated in international conferences on education, women’s empowerment, sustainable development, and artificial intelligence, and contributed to professional development initiatives across the Arab world. She is also a published writer in educational and literary journals, founder of the “Be an Inspiration” initiative, and currently serves as International Training Advisor and Head of the Artificial Intelligence Council at the European Board (since 2025).
