Dr. Maysoon Issa Ahmad Al-Saleem – Jordan (President of the Association)

is a writer, researcher, and expert in women’s leadership training. She served as President of the Jordanian Women’s Union (2018–2022) and is a member of the Jordanian Writers Association. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychological and Educational Counseling, a Master’s in Money and Business Economics, and a Bachelor’s in Economics/Accounting. She is the Founder and General Manager of Professional Tools for Training and Capacity Building, President of the Arab Women’s Academic Council under the Union of Arab Academics and Scientists within the framework of the Economic Unity Council of the League of Arab States, and President of the Arab Writers and Intellectuals Association, the cultural arm of Professional Tools. With over three decades of professional experience in education, training, and institutional development, she has authored 25 officially documented books and training manuals, alongside distinguished literary and intellectual contributions, and writes analytical articles in official Jordanian and Arab newspapers. She has participated in international conferences, presented peer-reviewed research on women, youth, and sustainable development, and has received international honors and medals in recognition of her achievements.

Dr. Faisal Al-Sarhan – Jordan (Vice President)

holds a PhD in American Literature from a Malaysian university, specializing in the portrayal of women and children in literature. His Master’s thesis explored the image of the Black woman in English literature, while his doctoral research examined the depiction of child trafficking in American literature. He has authored 13 research papers, all focusing on the representation of women and children in literary works. He firmly believes that literature is a powerful humanistic tool to convey suffering and give voice to the marginalized, going beyond statistics to capture the depth of human experience.

Shaha Farhan Al-Qudah – Jordan (Secretary)

holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a Diploma in Population Studies from the University of Jordan (1985). She worked as a political researcher and archivist in the Research and Studies Department of the News Division at the Jordan Radio and Television Corporation, where she also served as Head of the Documentation and Political Studies Department. She has prepared and presented several radio programs, including one dedicated to Arab popular heritage and Nabati poetry, and has participated in research courses both in Jordan and abroad. Her journalism experience includes preparing heritage pages for various Jordanian and Arab newspapers and magazines. A member of the Arab Poets and Writers Initiative, she is also a social activist who has participated in numerous tourism, literary, and poetry festivals and forums.

Prof. Dr Mohamed Saeed Hasab Al-Nabi – Egypt

is the Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty of Languages, October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA), Cairo. He previously served as Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and Head of the Department of Education at Al Hosn University in Abu Dhabi, and as a member of the Executive Committee of the Association of Faculties of Arts under the Association of Arab Universities. He is a member of the UAE Writers and Authors Union, the International Council for the Arabic Language, the Board of Trustees of the Scientific Researcher Association (London), the International Association for Quality of Education and Academic Accreditation (QEAAS), the Arabic Language Protection Society in Sharjah, the Arab Comprehensive Educational Project “Al-Tanal Al-Arabi,” and the Egyptian Association of Linguists and Translators. He has authored numerous works, research papers, and articles on teaching Arabic and its literature, and contributed to setting Arabic language standards in Egypt’s National Standards Project for Education (2004). He was nominated for Egypt’s State Appreciation Award in Social Sciences (2019) and has been honored by several cultural and community institutions.

Prof. Dr Najat Mohammed Saeed Al-Sayegh – Saudi

specializes in educational administration, strategic planning, academic and educational consulting, and the evaluation of scientific programs and projects. She has held senior academic and administrative positions, including Vice President of an international graduate academy, Dean of Scientific Research, Dean of Female Students at King Abdulaziz University, and supervisor of master’s programs in the Faculty of Science, in addition to various educational leadership roles. She holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Education, specializing in Educational Administration from Ain Shams University, a master’s in educational planning and administration, and a Bachelor’s in Applied Sciences (Biology and Chemistry). She has extensive experience in charitable and volunteer work, serving in leadership and membership roles in several women’s and charitable organizations, along with active participation in cultural and media initiatives locally and internationally.

Dr. Osama Amin Jafar – Egypt

is the former Head of the Technical Office and Follow-up Affairs at the Egyptian Presidency, and former Technical Advisor to Dr. Kamal El-Ganzouri, former Prime Minister of Egypt. He serves as Honorary President at various local and international conferences and is an author, writer, and literary and art critic. He is also an international speaker at numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops, in addition to working as a language editor for several governmental and private entities.

Dr. Ahmed Kamal Moqlid – Egypt

An Egyptian university professor, a creative graphic designer, and a talented photographer with extensive experience in teaching arts at the university level. He holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy of Education – specializing in Art Education, and possesses distinguished expertise in digital marketing and creative content writing.Proficient in using professional design software such as Photoshop, Corel Paint, and Illustrator, he owns a rich library of innovative artworks. He has participated in numerous art exhibitions, and his works and articles have been published in newspapers and magazines.He has held leadership and supervisory positions, including Vice President of the Arab Union for Training Branch and a member of the Board of Directors at Rotana News. He is a certified trainer from the American University – Richmond branch, and an advanced certified trainer from the Arab Union for Training and Human Resource Development.He is renowned for his passion for transforming ideas into innovative designs, and for achieving artistic and creative goals with high efficiency and professionalism.

Dr. Mohamed Al-Momani – Tunisia

A Tunisian university professor specializing in linguistics, language acquisition, and language teaching, with extensive expertise in industrial dialect refinement, including expressive modeling, dialect transfer, and linguistic integration. Skilled in assessment, evaluation, and the design of curricula and textbooks to achieve educational efficiency. Strongly focused on didactics and the advancement of modern teaching methodologies. Combines academic research with practical application to enhance the educational process. Committed to enriching linguistic knowledge and creating innovative, engaging learning environments.

Zahida Mardan Mustafa Al-Asaafi – Iraq

is an Iraqi writer and researcher with a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Baghdad (1983). She served as a judicial assistant at the Supreme Judicial Council / Kirkuk Court of Appeal until her retirement in 2020, holding various roles including membership in the Juvenile Court of Kirkuk, the Personality Study Office, social research, and management of the Second Criminal Court. She completed specialized training in France and Iraq on child-related crimes and social research methods. Her notable works include Two Thousand Years in the Life of a Woman, Iraqi Women in Judiciary and Politics, and Delinquent Childhood in the Balance of the Legal System and Social Violence. She has received numerous awards and honors, with Two Thousand Years in the Life of a Woman ranked among the top 12,000 Arabic books for content quality. An active figure in social and cultural work, she is a member of several Arab and international organizations, holds an honorary doctorate, and has been listed among the Top 100 Arab Personalities for multiple years.

Mohamed Kalim Mzee – Comoros

born in 1968 on Grande Comore Island in the Union of the Comoros, is a distinguished academic researcher and diplomat. He holds a master’s degree in philosophy and Islamic Creed from the European Institute of Human Sciences in Paris and is currently pursuing a PhD in the same field. With extensive practical experience, he has held several prominent diplomatic positions, including serving as the Personal Representative of the Head of State and as Minister of State for Relations with the Arab and Islamic World. In addition, he is a writer and poet with several publications and has been serving as a Roving Ambassador for the Union of the Comoros since 2010.

Consultant Dr. Fahmi Mahjoub – Algeria

holds a PhD in Legal Studies specializing in Judicial Studies and serves as Deputy Representative of the African continent at the International Organization for the Defense of Human Rights and Public Freedoms in the USA. He is a Consultant and Expert in Dispute Resolution at the International Court for Dispute Settlement in London, and Secretary-General of the International Observatory for Peace, Justice, and Human Rights. He heads the Algerian Academy for Justice and Transparency for Corruption Prevention, serves as CEO of Al-Koutch International Academy for Consulting, Education, and Training, and represents several international universities in Algeria.

Dr. Mohamed El-Sherif – Egypt

is a social development entrepreneur affiliated with the United Nations. He currently serves as Head of Marketing and Deputy Director of Technical Support at the Executive Authority for Utility Network Information in Giza Governorate, Egypt. He holds a PhD in Sustainable Development with a focus on Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Dr. El-Sherif is known for his expertise in integrating technology with community development and has contributed to smart social strategies. He is recognized as a leading Egyptian figure in leveraging spatial data for sustainable development goals.

Dr. Basim Hassan Khudhur Al-Hassani – Iraq

holds a Ph.D. in Public Law and serves as the Head of the Law Department at Al-Sawa University – Iraq. He is a university professor specializing in International and Constitutional Law, a legal advisor, and a certified expert in Human Resources Development and TOT training.He is a prominent human rights activist with numerous legal research contributions published in peer-reviewed local and Arab scientific journals Dr. Al-Hassani has participated in various international conferences and seminars and actively contributes to legal research arbitration and academic consultancy He is a member of the Executive Committee of International Jurists, a member of the Arab Writers and Intellectuals Association, and serves on the advisory boards of several peer-reviewe academic journals He is also a certified trainer at the Center for Training and Capacity Building for government employees, delivering specialized legal and administrative training programs.
