عمون – أعلنت الدكتورة ميسون تليلان عن تأسيس مؤسسة غير ربحية باسم أدوات الاحتراف للتدريب وبناء القدرات.
مؤسسة أدوات الاحتراف للتدريب وبناء القدرات PT وهي مؤسسة أردنية غير ربحية تأسست بفكر ورؤية جديدة تتماشى واستشراف المستقبل للمملكة الأردنية الهاشمية في المجال السياسي و الاقتصادي والاجتماعي.
تمتلك المؤسسة بفضل الخبرات المتنوعة التي امتدت لسنوات في ميادين التمكين والتأهيل أدوات علمية ورسالة واعدة ورؤية واضحة تتجسد في إعداد وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية متنوعة في مجالات التنمية السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية ورفع الكفاءة الذاتية والمؤسسية لدى الأفراد والمنظمات والمؤسسات.
وتحرص المؤسسة على تقديم خبرات عالمية متخصصة وبمهنية عالية في تنفيذ البرامج المعدة وفقاً لأعلى معايير ومستويات التدريب والتأهيل والتمكين العالمية؛ لتكون باكورة اعمال وبرامج المؤسسة الحقيبة التدريبية بعنوان (توعية النساء والشباب حول أهمية المشاركة في الأحزاب السياسية الأردنية) الموثقة لدى مؤسسة المعايير الدولية في أمريكا (ISE)،حيث ترتبط بشراكات عالمية وإقليمية في مجال التدريبات المتخصصة والاعتماد والجودة والتوثيق والملكية الفكرية. ومن أبرزها مؤسسة المعايير الدولية في أمريكا (ISE) والعديد من المؤسسات ذات المساهمات الرائدة في عالم ريادة الأعمال والتمكين الاقتصادي والسياسي والاجتماعي.
